We believe in a student-centered, interactive teaching methodology built on three pillars:
- Live, One-on-One Interaction: All classes are live with a dedicated tutor, allowing for real-time feedback, personalized pacing, and immediate answers to your questions.
- Practical Application: We use a ‘learn by doing’ approach. For Quran, you recite and get corrected from day one. For Arabic, you are speaking and forming sentences from the very first lesson.
- Blended Learning: We combine traditional techniques (like the Noor El-Bayan, Noorani Qaida, or similar curriculum) with modern digital tools like interactive whiteboards and screen sharing.
We provide all primary digital learning materials for you at no extra cost. This includes digital copies of foundational texts (like the Noor El-Bayan, Noorani Qaida, or other curricula tailored to your learning process), PDF worksheets, and lesson summaries. Your tutor will share these with you during class. If a specific advanced course requires a physical textbook, we will inform you well in advance and recommend where you can purchase it.
Our tutors are the heart of our academy. All our tutors meet the following criteria:
- Expertise: They are graduates from leading Islamic universities, such as Al-Azhar, and many hold an Ijazah (a formal authorization to teach) in Quran recitation.
- Language Proficiency: Tutors are fluent in both Arabic (as native speakers) and English for clear communication.
- Experience & Training: They have extensive experience teaching non-native English speakers and undergo continuous training in our online teaching methods.
It’s great that you’re starting this journey! We recommend a path based on your primary goal:
- To read the Quran: Start with our ‘Reading Quran Foundation’ course. It focuses on the Arabic alphabet and Tajweed rules to get you reading the Quranic script quickly.
- To understand Arabic: Start with our ‘Classical Arabic’ course. This builds vocabulary and grammar, essential for understanding the Quran’s language.
- To learn the faith: Start with our ‘Islamic Studies 101’ course. Taught in English, it covers the basics of faith, worship, and the Prophet’s life (Seerah).
Progress depends on your commitment, but based on the average student taking 2-3 classes per week, you can typically learn to read the Arabic script and begin reading the Quran (slowly, with guidance) within 3 to 6 months. Your tutor will provide regular feedback, including monthly plans and reports to help you track your progress and stay motivated.
We offer flexible options to fit your needs:
- One-on-One Classes (Our Specialty): We offer one-on-one sessions to provide a highly personalized and effective learning path. You get the full attention of your tutor, with the flexibility of 24/7 scheduling to fit any time zone.
- Private Group Classes: If you have a group of friends, family, or colleagues at a similar level who wish to learn together, we are happy to arrange a private group class. This can be a great, collaborative way to learn, and we offer special group pricing for these arrangements.
Simply let us know what you’re looking for, and we can discuss the best format and schedule for you!

Our curriculum is designed to be inclusive, focusing on the Quran and the authentic Sunnah. For beginners, we teach the core principles of Islam that are universally agreed upon.
For advanced Fiqh (jurisprudence), we can teach according to one of the four major Madhhabs (Hanafi, Shafi’i, Maliki, Hanbali) upon request, or we can take a comparative approach. Our goal is to foster understanding and respect for the rich scholarly tradition of Islam.
